Why are we born? How are we born? Where do we come from to take birth in this world?Where do we go after we die? These problems have intrigued mankind since the time he began thinking. This thinking - the power to think, has given man a dominant position on this planet. which is all very good!

It is this power of thinking that has given us a separate entity from other beings whom we call animals. When we call a living, moving body - an    animal,

have we ever thought - What the definition of an animal is? They are animals because they eat when they are hungry, sleep when there time is to and answer nature's call when they feel the urge, to ! But we are not like that, for, we are human beings ! Human beings can go a day or two, if the need so arises, without food if he is sure that by sacrificing two days' food with a little labour he can arrange food supply for a month, year or so. Human beings are very meticulous in planning ! They plan well in advance for their future! The future which he is not even sure of  - whether that shall exist for him or not.

We are human beings, we are intelligent beings hence we have considered that land which is the gift of nature, is ours ! We shed blood of our own people just for a piece of land which we shall not be able to take with us when that 21 gram life force, - the Soul Leaves our body. All that is amassed by me will be used by others. We say, whoever  comes on this earth,s/ he brings his share of food shelter etc. what Destiny expects him to use.. We should not meddle with the functioning of destiny.

When the word destiny comes,a thought arises - who makes destiny? Nothing can be made all by itself. There has to be someone to guide and shape it.Who does this?

Where does our 21gram Soul go away, to? who is so dear to it that it does not wait for a single moment when its appointed time arrives, howmuchever, ever efforts we undertake? This is where Science fails. All its so called "sophisticated technology becomes useless and worthless for, when the soul has to leave a body, it shall - do what Science may !

What is bewildering is that this branch of study has been named as 'Science" which means knowledge .Had this branch of study been synonymous to knowledge, it would have been able to provide answers and solutions to all the inquizitions of man. I agree that researches are going on and many mysteries may be discovered in the days to come. If persuaded, I am ready to accept even that all the mysteries will be solved in future but that does not mean we call it knowledge before it has that capacity and ability to be. We cannot call a boy - a man just because in future he will become a man. If that be the case, a unmarried youth may be called a grandfather based only on the premise that after all he will so become in a few years.

However, we must not dwell too much on it . The main question is, why have we come into this world, for?Is there really a Supreme power that governs all this? Yes, it has to be for every thing in nature works with clockwork precision. Every speck in this Universe has its duty to perform the bidding of that Supreme One! His laws are universal and applicable under all circumstances. Unlike Science, which has some exceptions to its rules and laws, the Law of the Supreme one has no exception. Stars cannot be seen in the afternoon and we cannot see them. Is there any exception to that rule ?

That Almighty or the Supreme One has so many duties that has to be performed. For this he needs enormous number of holy souls who could run errands for him. Boundless is the Universe. So. the souls who would perform his bidding, should be prompt and fast. This can be availed only when a Soul is pure and holy. The Earth is an illusory place created by the Supreme One where he tests the souls which can keep themselves out of bounds of the various illusory earthly bindings. Those that get bound by them remain entangled in such illusions only to find themselves coming back again and again in this world until and unless they are able to unbind themselves from the illusory things on earth. It is a common example that a person bound in ropes shall never be able to run fast.

The worldly pleasures can satisfy only your sense organs of your  body. And your body without the soul is useless. The body exists because the soul resides in it. Hence, our endeavours should be directed towards satiating the soul to make it pure, holy and sans any bindings. Attempting to satiate the physical  body is foolish because our pure soul cannot take these things with it. They shall remain well on earth

Further, why do we have so much of lust with this physical body? We eat food to keep our selves healthy. Just take any food that you eat and keep it for a few days. You will find that it starts giving out a foul and nauseating smell. Just imagine, in all of your life, how much of food you have eaten and how much of that foul nauseating smell is inside your body ! It is only the purity of the Divine Soul residing in your body that refrains the smell from emanating from your body. The moment your Soul leaves your body, the process of its rotting begins. In a day or two, its foul smell becomes unbearable !

So, why have a lust for this body full of dirt and filth? Make and keep yourself free from all the bindings for you do not know when your Supreme One may need you and you may have to leave ! But however, if I say not keep lust for our physical body, I do not mean to end your life and free your soul as because, you shall be needed only when there is a vacancy for your work and the Supreme One has not given you any right to destroy things that belong to him.

The earth and the abode of God are the only two destinations for us. If you leave your earthly home before being called, your earthly home as well as the abode of God will become out of your bounds and your poor soul may have to loiter around without any shelter who knows until when!

Did someone say - such souls are the ones whom we refer as ghosts?
